Responsibilities:

responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team within the real estate brokerage. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Development: training, and coaching sales agents to achieve peak performance.
  • Performance Management: Setting and tracking sales targets, providing regular performance feedback, and implementing strategies to improve team productivity.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving sales-related challenges and obstacles.
  • Agent Support: Offering ongoing support, guidance, and resources to sales agents.
  • Business Analysis: Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on team performance and market conditions for the business owner.
  • Team Meetings: Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and foster collaboration.
  • Client Focus: Ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to clients.

 

 


Sales ManagerRequired Qualifications:Proven sales management experience of at least three years within the real estate brokerage industry.Excellent command of the English language.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Possessing a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation.Must have a car.
