Job Description:
Handle customers' inquiries and solve complaints.
Manage airline reservations.
search all availabilities and prices on System, to get the best price for the customer.
Reservations & bookings by using Galileo GDS Systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Job Requirements:Proven experience as a ticketing expert.Sufficient knowledge in Galileo (Basic and Advanced) is a must.Hotels' reservation experience will be a big plus.Customer focused.Presentable and punctual.Females are preferred but males are welcomed.Nasr City residents are preferred.
