  • Participate in setting the recruitment plan of the year.
  • Review job requisitions received from departments.
  • Create job advertisements in the different recruitment channels.
  • Filter potential candidates’ resumes, select the suitable ones, and Contact suitable candidates to schedule interviews with them.
  • Update company manpower monthly.
  • Formulate & update employees' objectives and KPIs annually.
  • Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
  • Use workload analysis tools to optimize manpower.
  • Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
  • Develop succession planning tools and ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction surveys, and follow up on the action plans.
  • Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.(1:3) years of experience.Industrial background (FMCG is highly preferred).Excellent in English.HR Diploma is a must.Sharqia or Cairo residents preferred (Transportation Provided)
