- Participate in setting the recruitment plan of the year.
- Review job requisitions received from departments.
- Create job advertisements in the different recruitment channels.
- Filter potential candidates’ resumes, select the suitable ones, and Contact suitable candidates to schedule interviews with them.
- Update company manpower monthly.
- Formulate & update employees' objectives and KPIs annually.
- Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
- Use workload analysis tools to optimize manpower.
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
- Develop succession planning tools and ensure effective implementation.
- Analyze employee satisfaction surveys, and follow up on the action plans.
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.(1:3) years of experience.Industrial background (FMCG is highly preferred).Excellent in English.HR Diploma is a must.Sharqia or Cairo residents preferred (Transportation Provided)
