Job Purpose: As a Senior Cost Estimating and Control Engineer, you will lead the planning and monitoring of assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. You will oversee project profitability, resource allocation, budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost/revenue research for construction and real estate projects from conceptual planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within specified budgets and manage resources effectively.
• Monitor financial performance and propose action plans to address inefficiencies and mitigate risks.
• Track cash receipts and manage resources across all projects.
• Identify areas for improvement, ensure resource availability, and coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on project cost and time.
• Maintain open communication with senior management.
• Facilitate accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Report project results and risks, and address issues based on the project work plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to inform future business development and strategy.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure project budget goals are met.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers in cost estimating and control practices.
