Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Create and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor Quality Performance: Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address defects. Implement preventative measures to minimize future issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Supplier Quality Management: Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met and implement improvements based on this feedback.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
