- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant
keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials - Develop, monitor, and execute successful SEO strategies
- Review technical SEO issues, recommend fixes, and closely collaborate with the team to
ensure technical SEO best practices are followed adequately. - Build and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search
rankings. - Optimise website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements for SEO.
- Perform regular SEO audits and identify issues that may impact search engine
performance.
Change website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions
for target keywords. - Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Deeply analyze competitor links.
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO efforts.
- Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on
newly developed code.
Minimum 4 years of proven SEO experience.Curiosity and, at least, basic prompt knowledge about AI toolsProven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar roleKnowledge of standard and current SEO practicesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsExperience with SEO reportingExperience with website optimization tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) andweb analytics tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GTM, and WebTrends)Strong organizational and leadership skillsAnalytical mindset with numerical aptitudeExperience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferable.Strong WordPress experienceExcellent English LanguageExperience in working with different departments in different countriesFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google TrackingMust be able to show past experience of how his/her work has impacted Revenue
