  1. Establish and maintain an effective quality system from material entry to product release.
  2. Ensure compliance with BRC Food Safety standards and customer specifications.
  3. Oversee product quality inspections and assign qualified inspectors at appropriate checkpoints.
  4. Report monthly quality performance to the Quality Director.
  5. Share best practices and lessons learned with factory managers.
  6. Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  7. Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and provide necessary training and coaching to the team.
  8. Monitor team performance and give constructive feedback.
  9. Develop and implement quality management systems and standards.
  10. Supervise quality engineers and ensure the proper execution of their duties, including daily monitoring and report review.
  11. Manage administrative tasks for the team, including training needs and performance evaluations.
  12. Manage administrative affairs for subordinates, including leases, evaluations, and permits, in coordination with administrative affairs.
  13. Assign quality engineers to report non-conformities in production processes, cleanliness, packaging, and worker appearance; ensure reports are signed and forwarded to the factory director.
  14. Ensure cleanliness across all stages of production, including facilities and equipment.
  15. Oversee the recording of product inspection results and supervise the implementation of quality policies for raw materials and finished products.
  16. Implement and maintain quality systems such as the Egyptian Quality Mark, ISO, and BRC, including record-keeping and coordination with certification bodies.
  17. Supervise the registration of quality-related records, including those for raw materials analysis and non-conformity reports.
  18. Conduct periodic performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members, coordinating with the training department for necessary courses.
  19. Execute tasks assigned by the General Director within the field of competence.

 


Proven experience in Quality Control or a similar role with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology Engineering, or any equivalent field.Experience in processed or packaged food companies.
