For a fast growing health and fitness product based company located in 5th settlement New Cairo, we are hiring a full time in office Quality Assurance Tester. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong foundation in testing tools and experience in both automated and manual testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Jest, or Cypress, tailored for web and mobile platforms developed in NestJS, React Native, and Firebase.
- Execute detailed test cases, both automated and manual, across multiple devices and platforms to ensure functionality, usability, and accessibility standards are met.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce, debug, and isolate issues and verify fixes in a continuous integration environment using AWS and other cloud services.
- Manage defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, ensuring all discovered faults are documented and tracked until resolved.
- Lead stress testing and performance testing efforts to measure system capacity and response times, using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Conduct security-focused tests to uncover vulnerabilities in the application, recommending and implementing fixes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Experienced in a QA testing role, with a focus on both automated and manual testing.Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript and Python.Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and their integration into software development life cycles.Strong knowledge of NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React Native, Firebase, and AWS, with practical experience in deploying applications in these environments.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to document and troubleshoot errors.Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
