- Preparing journal entries
- Understand daily operational transactions.
- Track & record journal entries for daily transactions to accounting system with their supporting documents.
- Record monthly production & commission entries.
- Record closing journal entries.
- Scan documents & upload to Peoplesoft.
- Maintain a clear and organized filling.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Update all balance sheet’s accounts in a monthly basis.
- Reconcile simple account & make any needed adjustment.
- Ensure having a valid and clear supporting document for account balances.
- Upload all the balance sheet reconciliations to Blackline system with their supporting documents in a monthly basis.
- Provide any needed document.
- Scan & upload documents to auditors.
- Track & update transmittal sheets.
- Communicate with others related parties.
- Provide creative solution for daily issues.
- Upload e-invoices on daily basis.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.0-2 years of accounting experience.Good skills working with spreadsheets such as Excel.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Proper Time Management.Proper knowledge about insurance industry is a plus.Ability to work with a team.
