  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
  • Use various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a thorough and unbiased evaluation of candidates.
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including communication, feedback, and support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.

 Qualifications:Proven experience in mass hiring (2 years minimum)Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting methods and best practices.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
