- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Use various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a thorough and unbiased evaluation of candidates.
- Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including communication, feedback, and support.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
