  • Develop and activate the long-term plan for providing medical services to patients of the ER department.
  • Set a staffing plan for the department to ensure ease of providing service.
  • Responsible for providing a safe, rapid and effective and pain-relieving service for patients and their families.
  • Follow-up all activities and procedures for providing service to patients and ensuring their consistency with the policies and rules of quality management and compliant to the laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Nursing director and ER Head Nurse for a continuous improvement of nursing care at ER.
  • Prepare the monthly schedules for the registrars and follow up their implementation.
  • Evaluate the performance of the department staff according to the hospital’s approved performance indicators on a regular basis.
