Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wood Production and Projects Manager at El Alfy Saraya in Cairo. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day wood production operations, managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient production planning. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders and utilizing analytical skills to optimize production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Wood Sector: Oversee all production operations and ensure quality standards are met Run and Manage the fabrication, assembly and installation of Wood works.
- Plan and Execute Projects: Develop project plans and guide teams to achieve goals within the specified timeline and budget.
- Team Leadership: Direct various work teams, providing support and training to enhance performance efficiency.
- Ensure Quality and Innovation: Apply best practices to improve processes and ensure product quality.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to meet the company's needs.
Qualifications:
* Production Planning and Production Management skills
* Project Management experience
* Strong Communication skills
* Analytical Skills
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of different types of wood and manufacturing techniques is required.
* Previous experience 10-15 years in project management and manufacturing ,production operations, preferably in the Wood sector(Doors & Windows And furniture)
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering,architectural,industrial,applied arts or related field
