- Search for new consultants to ensure the inclusion in new projects.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant technical information for inclusion in specifications.
- Meeting with consultants to discuss product solutions and to ensure the inclusion in various project and tenders.
- Work on developing a trusted relationship with consultants to ensure the continuity of the work.
- Update and maintain a database of the current and new consultants.
- Stay updated with department’s products, industry trends, codes, and regulations related to building design and construction.
- Work closely with technical team.
- Maintain records, prepares reports and correspondences related to the work.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Maintain regular reporting system to the direct manager.
- Any other tasks assigned by the administration or the direct manager.
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, architecture or civil departments) In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes/regulations.Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools for specification writing and documentation.Strong ability to collect, analyze, evaluate and present engineering data and information effectively.1 -3yrs proven exp.in the same fieldExcellent Command of English language.Excellent Communication and negotiations skills.Self-motivated, can work under pressure and Persuasive.Presentable and time management oriented.Observer and attentive to details.Driving license is a must.
