Marketing Executive

  • Understand current and new products, their attributes, competition and selling points.
  • Manage packaging design, production and maintain an updated filing system.
  • Review all packaging requirements to ensure consistency of all content.
  • Work closely with design team to regularly update packaging artwork, create new ones and adequately maintain filing system.
  • Handel internal processes such as reserving stocks, competition gifts, delivery logistics, website backend for orders, sending products to channels, etc.
  • Attend printing of local packs.
  • Support in developing Mienta and Pyrex marketing communication’s plans.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities in various areas.
  • Develop branding material like calendars and giveaways, products catalogue etc as needed.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Assist in social and digital media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Prepare briefs for product photoshoots and attend shoots to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Support in the implementation of department and company internal initiatives.
  • Performing any other duties assigned to him/her by the direct manager in a manner that does not contradict with company’s policy.
  • Follows and enforces all Bouri employee rules, procedures and policies including employee manual and safety regulations.

Qualification:BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent1 – 3 years’ experience as marketing executive or similar roleSkills:Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing and market research methodsOral and written Arabic and English is a mustDemonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and toolsPlanning and organizational skills and ability to work independently on a wide range of assignments/tasksCommunication and writing skillsCritical thinking skills - able to understand situations and problems, identify cause and effect relationships and develop effective strategiesIntercultural skills and ability to work in a multicultural teamAdaptabilityAttention to detailCreativity and writing skillsCommercial awarenessKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to work under pressure and carry out multi-tasksSelf-motivation and willingness to learnTeamwork abilities and work collaboratively with other stakeholders and staff membersWillingness to receive and give feedback in different situationsAccountability and high commitment to the company’s quality standards and code of ethicsHigh interest in acquiring new knowledge, skills and attitudesBelieves in and upholds Bouri valuesUnderstands the importance of representing Bouri in a professional manner
