Responsibilities

Lead a team of business analysts, guiding them in gathering and documenting requirements for the Temenos T24 system.
Analyze and optimize existing processes within the T24 core banking platform.
Design and implement system enhancements, configurations, and customizations in collaboration with the development team.
Provide end-to-end support for the T24 Temenos system, resolving issues, troubleshooting, and conducting user training.
Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business needs.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and training materials.
Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for system integration, upgrades, or customization projects.
Stay updated on industry best practices and the latest T24 Temenos releases.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
Provide expert training and support to end-users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or Finance.
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with Temenos T24 expertise. Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 modules.
Proficient in SQL and database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Banking and financial services industry experience is a plus.
