Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of business analysts, guiding them in gathering and documenting requirements for the Temenos T24 system.
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes within the T24 core banking platform.
  • Design and implement system enhancements, configurations, and customizations in collaboration with the development team.
  • Provide end-to-end support for the T24 Temenos system, resolving issues, troubleshooting, and conducting user training.
  • Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and training materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for system integration, upgrades, or customization projects.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and the latest T24 Temenos releases.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide expert training and support to end-users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or Finance.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with Temenos T24 expertise. Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 modules.
  • Proficient in SQL and database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Banking and financial services industry experience is a plus.
