Job Description:

Rose Line seeks a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to optimize and manage our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will understand e-commerce strategies, customer experience, and digital marketing strongly. Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website to enhance user experience.
• Oversee the online sales process, from product listing to checkout.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective e-commerce campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and tools to keep the platform competitive.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
