Job Description:
Bubblzz is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the company's material and component needs are met with the highest quality and best prices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and regularly assess their performance.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure the best deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Supervise and co-ordinate inventory management.This includes stock control, demand forecasting, and ensuring inventory levels are optimized to meet sales demands.
- Monitor the cosmetics market and analyze trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetics procurement. Strong negotiation and data analysis skills. Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships. Good knowledge of current market trends in the cosmetics industry.
