Position Summary :
As a Travel Consultant specializing in business travel for VIP customers, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing complex business trips. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service tailored to the specific needs of our high-profile business clients. You will ensure that every aspect of their travel, from flights and accommodations, meetings, ground transportation if required to guarantee a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide personalized travel solutions.
- Travel Planning & Coordination: Research, plan, and book business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services. Ensure all bookings are cost-effective and adhere to client preferences.
- Problem Solving: Provide 24/7 support to VIP customers during their travels, addressing any issues or changes that arise, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring that all interactions with VIP customers reflect the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline routes, hotel developments, and travel technology to provide informed recommendations to VIP clients.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from VIP clients to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
