- Coordinating with the Drivers
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for efficient and timely delivery to customers
- Monitor vehicles and routes and adjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during delivery operations
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Provide updates on orders and deliveries to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies and policies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Experience in logistics or supply chain management.Excellent command of English.Strong computer skills.Familiarity with the Odoo system is preferred.Skills in follow-up and reporting.
