Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for short-form video content.
- Script, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels and other video content.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media video production.
Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize video content across various social media platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or other content creators as needed.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent voice and visual style across all video content.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications:Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of short-form video work (Reels, TikToks, etc.).Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for video content.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
