- Evaluate existing processes through data collection and analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop, and test process changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Analyze and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Oversee and manage customer accreditation processes to ensure adherence to relevant standards and requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accreditation inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to meet accreditation requirements.
- Interface with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on accreditation status, and address any concerns.
- Compare company processes and performance against industry standards and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.English language proficiency: Very goodStrong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Experience with data analysis and statistical tools.Problem Solving/Analytical.Customer/Client Focus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
