• Prepare comprehensive customer files to initiate and support legal action against defaulted clients.
• Conduct internal investigations to gather evidence and information pertinent to legal cases.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing legal cases against clients, including reviewing memos and other relevant documentation.
• File detailed reports with prosecution authorities and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with police stations and other law enforcement authorities to facilitate investigations and legal actions
• Bachelor's degree in Law• Experience at the same field.• Familiarity with legal procedures, case management, and the regulatory environment related to microfinance.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.• Communication Skills• Good command of English both written and spoken
