- Provide technical support and handle incidents and service requests related to ATM and cards applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions
- Monitor application performance, conduct regular checks, and ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for application support and issue escalation
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and testing activities
- Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to optimize support operations
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cards applications in Banking Sectors or Fintech
- Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)
- DBs Basics (Oracle, MS SQL,DB2)
- Java development
- ATM network connectivity and protocols
- Good Knowledge of switch and POS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem management and incident management skills
- Experience with ATM Monitoring tools
