- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Proven 4-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar rolePrevious experience in using ERP system is a plus (preferably Odoo)Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or industry is advantageous.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently.
