Business Assistant

 * Provides administrative and clerical support to manager.
* In this role you will be responsible for scheduling meetings taking notes typing for matting 
  and editing reports documents and presentations 
* Liaising with internal departments, answering calls.
. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.


* Bachelor’s degree or any related degree* 3 - 5 years of experience as personal assistant.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent command of spoken and written English.* Excellent command of spoken and written Russian.* Excellent experience in creating documents and spreadsheets using office software such as    Ms word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Good communication skills.
