- Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
- Undertake special and/or project assignments as required by the Architectural Department Manager.
- Supervise work progress and lead team members.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
- Provide advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.
- Work with customers and Clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualise possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.8 - 10 years of relevant experience.Excellent problem-solving and Leadership skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Related Programs “AutoCAD, Revit”.
