Responsibilities:-

• Interpret and implement  QA/QC standards and procedures
• Implement and develop the quality assurance processes and procedures in cooperation with QC formers.
• Study and Evaluate current quality situation and set the target and goals and necessary objectives to achieve quality goals.
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Following up the quality of local outsourcing production to evaluate the performance per kit and day to day.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system 
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions using lean manufacturing tools to identify the root cause of problems
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

Requirements:

• BSC in Electrical, Electronics 5-8 years of exp.
• Good Command of English 
• Good Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge & concept understanding is must for both production and quality engineer
