What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of products, balancing supply and demand effectively.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components, addressing any supply chain issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement and refine supply chain processes and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Monitor and adjust stock levels to prevent stock-outs, employing inventory control techniques and safety stock calculations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or market fluctuations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks and ensure continuity of supply.
  • Utilize forecasting tools and techniques to predict demand accurately and optimize inventory levels.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements within the supply chain.
  • Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficient supply chain operations.

What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.Minimum of 8 years in Customer Experience in which 2 years as Customer Experience Manager ; managing call center and online ordering.In-depth knowledge of Call center and Online ordering software managementStrong Conflict resolution and Negotiation skills with customer centric approachStrong Interpersonal and Negotiation skillsHigh adaptability and resilienceStrong Leadership skillsAt Lychee, we recognize and appreciate the unique strengths that each individual brings to our team.
