Today, we have a 5000sqm factory, including a Greek yogurt production line, central kitchen and bakery, supplying our 30+ branches across premium locations. What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute production plans to meet production targets and customer demand for Greek yogurt products.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
  • Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and production efficiency to optimize output and minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistent quality of Greek yogurt products.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, product testing, and sensory evaluations to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Address any quality issues promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive work culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in Greek yogurt production.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements in Greek yogurt production.
  •  Implement lean manufacturing principles, automation solutions, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies in Greek yogurt production areas.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and safety training to promote a safe working environment.
  • Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or safety concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

 

 


What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science.Minimum of five years' experience in Fresh Juice within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.Demonstrated expertise in a similar leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage sector, with a specialization in fresh juice products.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a team towards achieving shared goals.Superior organizational acumen and multitasking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.Profound understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, coupled with an unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
