- Increasing the awareness of customers about BMS, KNX and CBS systems.
- Creating sales opportunities by identifying the customer's needs, displaying various systems, explaining the products and offering solutions and alternatives to the customer's requirements.
- Assisting the customer by various means by responding to all inquiries and responding quickly in all transactions and making sure that the customer chooses the appropriate products.
- Sending manufacturing requests to the after-sales service department to start implementing manufacturing.
- Follow up on customers and conduct regular visits to them and introduce them to new products in case of need.
- Providing and explaining the technical specifications of new products on a regular basis to customers.
- Conducting field sales visits to meet with consultants or contractors to explain products or build a network of relationships with engineering and consulting offices.
