We are hiring now Human Resources Generalist for Edulixa 360 (The holding company for Monglish Academy) as below:
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Location: Makram Ebeid, Nasr City, Cairo.
- Fulltime Job from office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Support the creation of employee development plans.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits inquiries.
- Assist in the development of compensation strategies.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support HR projects and initiatives with data-driven approaches.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Preferred Qualifications:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.We offer:Attractive Package based on your experience (Negotiable).Medical Insurance.Social Insurance.2 Days off a week.
