The Quality Engineer ensures that the company's products and processes meet the applicable quality standards by identifying deficiencies, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
- Inspect the final product before delivery.
- Conduct laboratory experiments on product samples during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Monitor and analyze performance quality.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Develop corrective procedures, solutions, and improvements.
- Review codes, specifications, and processes.
Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience of 3-5 years in an administrative or supervisory role within a food and beverage manufacturing plant, preferably bakery manufacturing.Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Food Science or equivalent).Ability to multitask.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).Excellent time management skills.Good Command in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
