low current support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for low current systems, including security systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Conduct system diagnostics, identify technical problems, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to restore system functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to coordinate installation, maintenance, and upgrades of low-current systems.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of low-current systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular system inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to low current systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including system demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.

 

 


Work Experience:3-5 years experience in providing technical support for low-current systems, such as security systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, or audio-visual equipment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Strong knowledge of low current system components, protocols, and standards.Proficiency in system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Good understanding of network infrastructure, IP-based systems, and integration with low current systems.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service.
