TT Furniture is looking for a Warehouse Associate preferably having experience in the furniture field in Inshas, Obour (After Obour by 20 mins). These operations include tracking & managing inventory stocks and comparing and reconciling warehouse stocks. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage inventoryResponsible for entering all inventory data on the company’s ERP systemRevise purchase orders before receiving any stocks in the warehouse and making sure all suppliers write the P.O number on the statement of the stocks they sendDesign and implement the best and most efficient methods and practices for warehouse storage and operationsCompare & reconcile real inventory stocks with the quantities displayed in the ERP systemInspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safeManage warehouse staffCheck quality and condition of items in a warehouse before receiving any stocksPerform physical verification of inventoryMaintain, manage and update inventory controls Qualifications3+ years' of warehouse experienceProficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) & software systems
