1.Responsible for the SAP Material Master data for the organization. This includes the creation, maintenance, and update of all material master records.
2. Creating and maintaining material master records in SAP
3. Updating material master records with changes in product specifications, prices, or other relevant information
4. Search for the accurate description (Arabic and English) for the required items.
5. Allocate the new item at the proper material group.
6. Send a list of required items to the requester for review.
7. Communicate with the purchasing staff to get any missing information for the required items.
8. Prepare the Master file with all necessary information including the Description (AR and EN), Material Group, Purchasing Group, Delivery time, Valuation Class.
9. Upload the coded items to SAP.
10. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that material master data is accurate and up to date.
11. Troubleshooting material master data issues
12. Training and mentoring other employees on SAP Material Master
13. Maintain the description, material group, valuation class and UOM for the upload Items.
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, information technology, or supply chain management2. 4+ years of experience in SAP Material Master3. Strong understanding of SAP Material Master processes and procedures4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6.
