Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the food industry to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Exceed sales quotas and increase profitability through effective sales strategy and business planning tailored to the food service industry.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the direct sales team to achieve high performance, with a focus on the specific needs of the HoReCa and food service markets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recruit and hire highly talented individuals, bringing exceptional skills and expertise to the sales team, particularly in food services.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with team members to identify selling hurdles and offer insights into effective remedies for the food industry.
  • Model strong negotiation skills to help team members close tough deals with lucrative clients in the HoReCa and food service sectors.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa and food service sectors, particularly those in poultry and meat processing.
  • Contact key accounts regularly, achieving high satisfaction scores by reassessing needs and resolving conflicts within the food service industry.
  • Resolve problems with high-profile customers to maintain relationships and increase return customer base in the food service sector.
  • Finalize sales contracts with high-value customers, particularly in the poultry and meat food processing sectors.

Sales Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place.
  • Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to analyze performance and track progress, with a focus on the food service sector.
  • Compile and analyze data to determine approaches to improve sales and performance in the HoReCa market.
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement continuous improvements and exceed team goals in the food service business.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new markets and customer segments within the HoReCa and food service industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets, including product positioning and pricing tailored to the food service sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets to capitalize on new opportunities in food services.

Reporting:

  • Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to analyze performance and track progress.
  • Prepare sales presentations for clients, showcasing the success and credibility of products in the food service industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making in the food service market.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably in the HoReCa and food service industries, with a focus on poultry and meat processing.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially in the food service sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the HoReCa industry.Strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, particularly in food processing.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Good English skills is an advantage.
