- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Report to senior executives on progress and issues
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Experience in 3 PL business Knowledge about delivery business like ( talabat or menus )Able to handle large number of people up to 1000 employeesExcellent computer skills ( deals with excel and office softwares)Proven experience as area manager in a 3PL business or as a supervisorEx talabat or similar businesses will be preferable
