Product Marketing Manager

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's products.
  • Create marketing content such as product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and website copy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide product training, sales enablement materials, and support for customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D, product management teams to provide input on product roadmaps, features, and enhancements
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct in-depth research on the target market, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop the positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the company's manufactured products
  • Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, web content, sales enablement materials, and product videos.
  • Support in leading the go-to-market strategy and execution, including developing launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Manage product launches and promotional activities to generate awareness and demand
  • Monitor and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, sales pipeline, and customer feedback

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate product valueProficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis softwareCreative and strategic thinking to develop impactful marketing campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsIn-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry, technology, and customer applicationsExperience with product life cycle management and go-to-market strategies
