Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

1) Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone, email, social media or chat applications using scripts.

2) Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

3) Answer customer questions about products & services.

4) Follow up and enter customer information & update it consistently in company databases.

5) Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

6) Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

7) Maintain calls and sales records and write notes to explain customer cases.

8) Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring clients’ needs are met.

9) Set office meetings with clients to clarify more info about materials or products, if necessary.


At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist or similar role.Familiarity with e-commerce is a must.Familiarity with the furniture and home accessories industry is a plus.Being a team player is a must.Understanding of how CRM systems work.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with empathy and professionalism.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Fluency in English and Arabic.Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
