Representing the company legally before all governmental, private, and public bodies in relation to obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures related to the company's business.
As an Administration & Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of administrative functions to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the company. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks including dealing with various external authorities, handling legal affairs, contract management, and general assemblies. You will also be supervising internal security and managing company's policies.
Supervise legal cases and affairs and collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary. Write and revise various contracts (companies, customers, employees). Organize and draft documents for general assemblies (Ordinary General Assembly, Extraordinary General Assembly).
Social and Health Insurance:
Follow up on social insurance matters and ensure timely health insurance registration for employees.
Labor Office Procedures:
Ensure compliance with labor office regulations and procedures.
Dispute Resolution:
Manage and resolve legal disputes and issues including those with defaulting customers to ensure that credit due is paid.
Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Policy Development:
Provide guidance on legal implications of business decisions regarding company policies and procedures.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess legal risks and provide risk mitigation strategies in relation to different business activities as well as legal implications of any new business ventures.
Bachelor’s degree in law, and a registered lawyer in the syndicate.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Affairs Manager with min 3 years in a managerial position.Strong detailed oriented skills.Proven communication, negotiations, planning & reporting skills.Proficiency in Computer & English skills
