Our Travel agency in Helipolis is looking for a cheerful, positive, and dedicated office admin.
- Communicate with clients on the company's social media channels, and emails, and make sure that their requests are delivered to certain departments.
- Search, compare and data enter information into the internal system or company website.
- Take minutes at meetings with other departments.
- Online researching.
- Collaborate with the sales team by getting clear information regarding certain requests (eg., collecting data about certain historical sites, new hotels, etc).
- Responsible for uploading content to all our websites.
- Responsible for proofreading and editing all written content before it is uploaded to the website. This requires a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and spelling errors.
- Collect high-quality photos for all our websites. This requires a strong ability to deal with Photoshop programs.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as per the management requirements for easy retrieval of documents.
- Order office supplies.
Minimum 0 – 5 years of experience.Excellent and fast computer skills (Microsoft Office).Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).Have a high speed of typing.Strong ability in dealing with Photoshop programs.Hard worker and ambitious.Problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills.Excellent communication skills.A POSITIVE and PLEASANT ATTITUDE.Always have a smile on his/her face.Team player and Able to communicate.Able to take challenges and achieve targets.Don’t mind working extra hours and taking bigger steps.Have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Provide high-standard and professional administrative and secretarial support.
