- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Maintain the efficiency of the equipment.
- Maintain proper utility efficiencies and power consumption.
- Implement periodical and prevention maintenance plans according to the annual policy.
- Revising and following up on the maintenance team’s task during and after its implementation.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer, mechanical engineer or related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electromechanical engineering or related field.Strong knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumping, BMS system and electrical distribution.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Excellent organization and follow up skillsAdvanced troubleshooting skills.Good level in both written and spoken English Language
