Duties:
1. Prepare employment contracts and ensure that all necessary details and legal requirements are included, and ensure that contracts are reviewed and signed by the relevant parties.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
3. Investigate employee concerns and complaints and resolve them in a fair and objective manner.
4. Coordinate and manage leave programs.
5. Responsible for processing new employees, transfers and resignations.
6. Responsible for health and life insurance programs (new employee registration, terminations and reports).
7. Respond to HR inquiries or requests internally and externally and provide assistance on relevant matters to department heads and employees.
8. Follow up and update changes in legislation (labor and social insurance).
9. Provide support and guidance to employees on social insurance matters. Deal with employee questions and concerns regarding coverage, claims and any other issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience.
11. Prepare and submit Q1-Q2-Q6 and supply work stubs and deal with the Labor and Social Insurance Office
