- Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products and packaging.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.
- Help Industrial to achieve Quality and productivity targets
- Lead or participate in all cost optimization / Environmental sustainability projects.
- Validate packaging solution for Quality, environment impact and cost
- Validate packaging through Industrial test from plant to destination (consumer)
- Establish Food Dossier file for all new packaging
- Validate all packaging modification or all supplier change
- Validate that our packaging supplier can ensure conformity for Food Safety and Quality.
- Communicate within company Monthly packaging quality results (both raw material and finish Product.
- Supporting on the design and selection of packaging material.
- Work with Industrial team to define packaging equipment.
- Work with supplier who provides packaging material or final packaging.
Experience from 3 to 6 years in the same role.Bachelor degree of science, Agriculture in food science or a related field.Computer proficient (MS Office tools).Strong understanding of safety and regulatory requirements.Good Knowledge in food, chemistry packaging and process.Knowledge in Hygiene, MRP/ERPKnowledge of food safety industry practices and standards.Experience in FMCG, Manufactory is must.
