Job Description
Personnel
- Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.
- Handling the personnel activities including contract renewals, probationary periods, terminations, etc. and their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Completion and proper filing related to any new hire or existing employee, this includes employee relations, governmental papers (Forms 1, 2 and 6), payroll, and social insurance.
- Preparing required data for the social insurance authority and taxes authority regarding employees.
- Updating employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information when needed
Payroll
- Preparing payroll operations monthly, including entering or verifying changes in the system, Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and any related variables in timely and accurate preparation of payroll data.
- Ensuring payroll documents and transactions match the totals in the payroll system
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Preparing HR letters to open a bank account for new employees.
- Revise employee attendance in all departments, processing the attendance records/overtime and other documents needed in the system.
- Update manpower data after hiring and resignation
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, attrition, absenteeism rates …. etc.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation and social insurance.
- Ensure the documentation of all related actions such as penalties, deductions, transfers, promotions
- Ensure employee information and changes in employment status are up to date in the HR internal system .
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or any relevant field.From 4 to 6 years of strong experience in Payroll and personnel .Very Good command of English languageAptitude in problem-solvingExcellent leadership skills & Communication skills.Team player, proactive and positive attitudeStrong computer skills in MS Office suite
