Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency. Exceptional portfolio showcasing diverse creative work. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
