We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Technical Manager Engineering with a background in lubricants and experience in 6 October City, 10th of Ramadan City, Delta, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt. The ideal candidate should be familiar with working in the fertilizer, tunnel, railway, sugar, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries to contribute to our growth.

Job Summary:
As a Technical Manager of Engineering at Elmolla Group, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support to clients in the food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, wire, mining, cement, and oil & gas industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in one of these sectors, ensuring effective troubleshooting, solution implementation, and client satisfaction. A background in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize your engineering knowledge to provide technical support to clients in the fertilizer, tunnel, railway, sugar, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries as needed.
    • Understand client requirements and recommend lubrication solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Elmolla Group's lubricant product line specifications and applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Training and Education:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and benefits of our lubricant products.
    • Keep clients informed about new product features and updates.
  • Field Visits:
    • Conduct on-site visits to clients in the tunnel, railway, sugar, mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries as needed.
    • Gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting lubrication in the specified sectors.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, specifically in the mining, food & beverage, pipe, textile, glass, steel, ceramic, paper, wire, petrochemical, oil & gas, and cement industries, with at least 3 years in one of these sectors.
  • A background in mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lubrication and machinery in the specified sectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Age less than 35 years old and a valid driving license.
